Bull Ring Public Consumption Hub

1) Market area for fresh produce brought to city via surrounding transport hub for sale to city inhabitants, also to serve:

2) Food preparation factory*, also to serve:

3) On site food hall for local workers, visitors and 3a) Export of food produce to other national/international locations

* The task of the factory will be defined by both the content it is able to import and the perceived need of the its customers. Continuing the investigations of the idea of balance within a sustainable project (the metaphor of the force diagram that achieves equilibrium and therefore no further external effects), the process could be based on the desire for minimal wastage. The competing consumers - on site, local, national and international - are the individual parts that total the results of the programmes inputs and outputs. Can these be made to achieve zero surplus????
